(ThyBlackMan.com) Yes, well Selena Gomez and Singer Justin Bieber continue to sit comfortably atop the list as one of the hottest couples in young Hollywood, especially since the potential demise of another popular pair on the scene, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson.

However, while Justin Bieber & Selena Gomez still seems to be as in love as ever, their romance has been plagued by a few break-up rumors of late, the most recent of which have claimed Selena Gomez wants to split up with her “Boyfriend” singer ( Justin Bieber ), as he’s changed for the worse, but she’s afraid of the personal repercussions.

Regardless if that gossip is true or not (it’s likely not), the starlet was pictured cozying up to her Feed the Dog co-star Nat Wolff—even when the cameras  weren’t rolling! They’re probably just friends. But Selena Gomez only had eyes for another love in her life in one of her latest social media shares and he wasn’t Justin Bieber!

The singer-actress posted to her Facebook page an adorable photo of her and her dog, Baylor. It’s hard to believe that it’s been nearly a year since Selena Gomez adopted the pup with Justin Bieber in Canada back in October 2011. But what a difference a few months makes, as the cute little furry face has turned into a huge handsome dog. As Hollywood Life confirms, she even wrote alongside the pic, “My little is all growed up lol.” Too bad they cannot stay puppies forever!

And while Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber seemed to have adopted Baylor together, it appears he’s definitely her pet. However, if the couple ever were to split, would there be a dog fight like the one that’s rumored to have gone down between Pattinson and Stewart over “custody” of their dog, Bear? The attachment to a pet can be so strong.

A dog may be dubbed “man’s best friend” but a canine can just as easily be a woman’s best friend especially during a break-up! Still it is widely known that Justin Bieber would do anything for Selena Gomez. A  dog would never get in the way of true love. We also hear Selena Gomez has a devilish side, and Justin Bieber knows not to take it there. Both are young, and growing up while in the public spotlight.
