Justin Bieber Impersonator Pleads Guilty to Producing Child Pornography - Gather Celebs News Channel

A Justin Bieber impersonator has been arrested, and he now faces serious prison time after pleading guilty to producing child pornography. The man preyed on young girls by claiming to be the "Boyfriend" singer online and then he talked them into posing for inappropriate photos.

An Alabama man named Christopher Patrick Gunn admitted in court that he lured underage girls into posing for pornographic pictures online by pretending to he Justin Bieber. After convincing the tween and teen girls that he was the real JB, Gunn promised them free backstage passes to his concerts if they would pose for sexually explicit photos and send them to him online. He also convinced the girls to engage in sexual activities with him via webcam. Gunn pled guilty to "producing child pornography,...internet extortion and interstate stalking." He faces 25 to 35 years in federal prison.

Well done. It couldn't happen to a more deserving guy.

How sad that pedophiles have come out of the woodwork to use something as normal as adolescent infatuation with a pop star to prey on little girls. Even sadder is the fact that Gunn isn't the first pervert to use the Biebs' name and fame to lure young girls into sex online. Sadder still, he probably won't be the last. Fortunately, he got what he deserved.

The real Justin Bieber would definitely agree.

Justin Bieber (Photo : (Photo:Reuters)) An online Justin Bieber imposter has been charged with producing child pornography.

A 31-year-old Alabama man may face up to 25-35 years in prison after he pleaded guilty on Thursday of posing online as mega pop star Justin Bieber. He would use this false online identity to try and lure young girls into chat rooms where he would then attempt to persuade them to send him inappropriate photos. The man also pleaded guilty to producing child pornography.

According to authorities, Christopher Patrick of Montgomery, AL would allegedly promise young girls free tickets and backstage passes to Bieber concerts if they in turn would agree to send him inappropriate photos or webcam videos of themselves.

Another indictment alleges that Gunn would also pose as the "new kid in town" on social media sites like Facebook, and once he gained a young girl's trust he would solicit embarrassing information about them, threating to release such private info if the girl refused to send him elicit photos.

According to U.S. Attorney George L. Beck, Gunn targeted girls between the ages of 9-16. Gunn's plea includes two counts of making child pornography, 15 counts of interstate extortion, and seven counts of internet stalking. Authorities believe Gunn's criminal actions took place from 2009 until 2012 - FBI agents seized a cellphone and a laptop computer containing images and videos of child pornography from Gunn's home in March 2012. In a statement, Beck claims the evidence seized includes explicit photos of young girls from a number of states including Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana.

Authorities refer to Gunn's case as a far-ranging "online sextortion scheme." The FBI is currently looking into finding other Gunn victims throughout a number of other states including Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and California.
